Several months ago I mentioned to Jamie that my sister and I were thinking about "flipping" a house. We ere looking for something that needed TLC but not too much structural repair. In a very short time I got a call from one of her Team letting me know about a home coming up for sale not yet on MLS.

As soon as I saw it I knew it was perfect for us. We ere able to buy below market value bacuse of the clean up and decorating needed to make it look like a home again.

We worked on it for five weeks replacing flooring, painting everwhere and updating the bathroom.

Thanks to the Team and their marketing program the house sold very quickly. From the time we took possession until the close (and the money in our bank) was only 10 weeks. We ere pleased to have it purchased by a first time hoje buyer who was thrilled with the new look in the home.

We turned a tidy profit and will soon be looking for the Team to find us another one to work on.
